Information Systems Corporation was formed in 1987 as a Senior Executive level management consulting firm specializing in effective management and competitive business and profitability development. Beginning 1989 operations were expanded to include development, marketing and manufacture of advanced technology communications, computer and networking products and services. The company serves both commercial and government with a variety of hardware, software and services with emphasis on computer systems, wireless networks, direct and online information and media technologies, data security, and special applications such as Telemedicine Systems.

Founder

Established and Incorporated ISC. Expanded the company to include a network of over thirty recognized executive leaders in the advanced technology Electronic and Computer Industry with expertise in General Management, Operational Analysis, Market Development, Proposal Strategy and Preparation, Contracting and Negotiations, Logistics as well as Management Development. Mergenthaler Group is the world's largest producer of photo composition equipment, offering a full range of small, self-contained equipment to the largest sophisticated computer systems.

Responsible for the reorganization and integration of world-wide after-sale support of Mergenthaler products into a direct P&L operation. Customer Services, including Product Support, Service, Training, Spare Parts and Repair Businesses, was established October l975, under the Director of Customer Services.

Personally established the Division as a significant P&L center. Organized and staffed the Division rapidly, including the manufacturing operation for volume production of complex systems.
